I was asked by Queen Alexandra Cottage Homes to provide images and ideas to maximise the potential of a wasted space.
In the space already was the laundry which needed to be extended. The upstairs space would provide a multifunctional room for meetings and activities as well as a staff changing area.

I provided four options, differing in size, each with pros and cons relative to that particular idea. I also provided a basic sketch of how the interior might be layed out.
The largest of the options was chosen and built and it was opened in December 2008.
